1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the NeatRoll mobile application and related website (together, the “Service”), provided by QIXIN TECH LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms for you.

2. Using NeatRoll

NeatRoll helps you review, organize, delete, and compress selected photos and videos. You are responsible for reviewing every selection before confirming an action and for keeping backups of files you do not want to lose.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

2.1 Permissions and device access

Some features require permission to access photos and videos on your device. You may deny or withdraw permission through device settings, but affected features may not work. The Service cannot complete a deletion or modification unless you initiate or confirm it and your operating system allows it.

2.2 Your content

You retain ownership of your photos, videos, and other content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process any content you select. Core media cleanup and compression are designed to take place on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, purchases, and ads

Some features may require a subscription, in-app purchase, or rewarded-ad access. Available options, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are shown in the App before purchase.

Payments are handled by the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew unless canceled under the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play or Apple account. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store’s policies and applicable law.

4. Updates and availability

We may update, add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Service, address security or legal requirements, or reflect business changes. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating-system version, or location.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials other than your content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that scans will identify every duplicate, similar item, large file, or potential saving. Compression results vary by source file, format, resolution, and quality setting.

You are responsible for reviewing selections and maintaining appropriate backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Service accesses and processes information and forms part of your relationship with us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
